Troubleshooting Access Issues

If you cannot log in or cannot access the full-text of articles off-campus, then try the following:

Check out each tab

Make sure that you are connected to our proxy server

To know whether you are accessing a proxied link, check the URL of the page. You will notice that Zayed University proxied URL have “zulib.idm.oclc.org”

Example:

Un-proxied URL to the database - ABI/INFORM Collection http://search.proquest.com/abicomplete?accountid=15192
Proxied URL to the database – ABI/INFORM Collection https://search-proquest-com.zulib.idm.oclc.org/abicomplete/index?accountid=15192

Clear your cookies or cache

 If you do not want to clear your cookies or cache, then use Private/Incognito Mode

To do this in Chrome, on the top right corner of the browser, click undefined> New Incognito Window
