Restrictions on Photography in the UAE

Seek explicit permission to photograph any person, especially women and children and at Government buildings, including palaces. Failure to do so may cause you to be arrested.

Do not photograph any establishment that posts a "No Photography" sign, or any military or security installation or area.  These areas should be marked with a "No Photography" sign.  If in doubt, ask first.

Photography at ZU

If you would like to photograph students at ZU you need to have a Photography Consent Form signed by the parents or husband of the student/s in question.  You may not take recognizable photos of any student at ZU without a signed consent form in advance.
