2015 Celebration of Faculty Scholarship

This year’s events will be held in conjunction with the Annual Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Conference, hosted by the Center for Educational Innovation, on April 21st, 2015. The conference will be held concurrently on the Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses from 9:30-3pm (Please find the locations for each campus event below). Displays featuring faculty research will be on display outside both locations throughout the course of the events. Please plan on joining us at 12 noon for lunch and recognition of your hard work!

This event is held annually to recognize and celebrate scholarship produced at Zayed University. The Library and Learning Commons, in cooperation with the Office of Research and the Center for Educational Innovation, displays faculty and staff work and hosts a brief reception. The event is held in the fall for the Abu Dhabi campus and in the spring for the Dubai campus. 

The goals of this event are:

  • Honoring faculty and staff efforts
  • Inspiring new research
  • Allowing students insight into the scholarly agendas of their teachers

Families and visitors are encouraged to join the celebration.
