The ETS Test Link database is the largest online test collection, with abstracts and information for over 20,000 tests and other measurement devices. It also includes foreign tests. However, the database does not include the tests themselves -- only information for how to find them. The database includes tests that are both freely and commercially available.
So here's how to use the ETS Test Link database:

Click on the title of a test to view its availability. Some tests are only commercially available (which means you’d most likely have to pay a fee for a copy), but some tests are freely available through a journal reprint. See the example below:
